Upcoming 2013 Conference Schedule

Integrated Design Group (ID) will be attending several data center conferences in the coming months.  Read all about the upcoming conferences below, and be sure to keep an eye out for ID representatives at each event!

The first conference on the horizon that ID will be attending is Tier 1 Hosting Cloud Transformation Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada from September 23rd through September 25th at the Bellagio Resort & Casino. This year’s theme is The Digital Infrastructure Playbook and key speakers will include; Daryl Morey, General Manager of the Houston Rockets & Data Analytics Expert; Michelle Bailey, Vice President of Data Center Initiatives and Digital Infrastructure at 451 Research; Matt Aslett, Research Director for Data Management and Analytics; and many more.

Next, ID will attend the Data Center World Conference in Orlando, Florida from September 29th through October 2nd at the Word Center Marriott. The conference will have a mix of educational and product information sessions as well as chances to network and meet vendors. This conference provides a unique perspective in that it “draws upon the knowledge and experience of more than 3,500 AFCOM members to create an end-user driven program that focuses on providing real solutions for today’s data center and facilities managers.”

Following the Data Center World Conference, we will be attending the Bisnow DICE West in Dallas, Texas on November 13th at the Ritz-Carlton. Expected speakers include Chris Crosby, CEO of Compass Data Centers; Pete Marin CEO of T5 Data Centers; and Andrew Schaap, Vice President of Digital Realty. This conference is a great opportunity to network with some of the biggest representatives in the data center and commercial real estate industry.

Additionally, in mid-November, ID will be attending the 7×24 Exchange Fall Conference in San Antonio, Texas from November 17th through November 20th at the JW Marriot San Antonio Hill Country. The theme this year is Turning Vision into Action.  Previous conference topics have included, Microsoft: DC Capacity Planning- From Rack to Future Market by Amaya Souarez, Director of DC Strategy & Automation at Micosoft; and IBM: Big Data, Big Opportunity by Bruce D. Weed, Program Director of Worldwide IBM Big Data Business Development. This year’s conference will not be one to miss!
